Harold Hassebrock

Harold V. Hassebrock is a Lean Six Sigma consultant for Moffitt Associates, joining us in 1999 following a successful 34 year manufacturing operations career. His extensive manufacturing background and strong commitment to lean operations plus his demonstrated skills in the implementation of continuous improvement programs make Harold a strong member of the Moffitt Associates team. He has facilitated several hundred LSS kaizen events and has proven expertise in strategy deployment, flow, material replenishment systems, TPM, value stream analysis, set up reduction, mistake proofing, failure mode effects analysis, and supply chain optimization.

Prior to joining Moffitt Associates, Harold served as Vice President Manufacturing for Grayson Robertshaw Controls, a division of INVENSYS Corporation. At Robertshaw INVENSYS Harold was responsible for their Lean transformation at Long Beach CA, their Mexican facilities and at their new acquisitions in the US. Within INVENSYS Harold also served the additional role of internal consultant in Lean techniques, introducing Lean thinking at various INVENSYS divisions. His other successes include full ISO 9000 certification and six sigma process improvement implementation at Robertshaw INVENSYS. He is a trained Six Sigma Champion.

Prior to joining Robertshaw INVENSYS, Harold served for five years as President of AMW Industries, a pump manufacturer. Before that he spent 23 years with the Mueller Company in posts ranging from Machinist, Foundry Foreman, Manufacturing Engineer, Materials Manager to Vice President Operations. His early specialization was in Manufacturing Engineering and in Materials Management in metal working venues. Harold brings excellent technological as well as leadership skills to his consulting practice.

Harold was educated at California State University at Fullerton and makes his home in Yorba Linda, California with his wife Susan and their son.
